Summer Handicap - Latest Results
Our Summer Handicap series runs across a 9.3km offroad route, starting and finishing at the Peter Driver Sports Ground. See the Strava route HERE. The fastest runners set off last and the basic idea is that everyone finishes at roughly the same time. The series involves a system of points - the higher yo

Vets Track & Field League - Add it to your calendar in 2027
Hallie shares her experience of taking part in the Vets Track & Field League on Monday in Aldershot: It was great to watch the races last Monday and compete in a few myself. But it wasn't the mental mountain I thought it would be. There was music pumping on both sides of the track that momentarily made you sing along to the tunes and forget the heat, the sweat and the seemingly never-endin

F&C win the Southern League at Alder Valley on Sunday!
Words by Mike Hegesippe Alder Valley was a new venue in the Southern League Cross Country competition, added late in the calendar due to cancellations earlier in the season because of flooding. The pressure was intense on our runners as we were standing 1st in the league before this event, and we knew that due to Alder Valley being on Easter Sunday it was always going to be difficult to have a big turnout We had a few hiccups before the start and uncertainty as to who would b
